Diffract

(Our Studio) Cinema-grade AI production © 2026
✦ (01) (The Manifesto) © 2026

The gap between AI‑possible and brand‑ready keeps growing. We close it.

We built Diffract because that gap was real and nobody was closing it. The tools were everywhere. The taste wasn't.

Tested pipelines, cinema capture, and a toolkit we've spent thousands of hours proving. The output earns its place. Or it doesn't ship.

Six things we lock before anything ships.

01 · Cinema Reference Pipeline

We don't start in a text box. We start with footage. Camera work, motion control, and lighting become the reference layer. The output inherits real-world physics, not hallucinated movement.

02 · Face Lock

Any tool can generate a face. What most can't do is generate the same face twice. Our pipeline is built around lock, not generation.

03 · Light & Grade

A campaign where the light shifts between assets doesn't look like variety — it looks like different studios made it. We lock grade across every asset.

04 · Product Rendering

When AI production gets product wrong, it gets it visibly wrong. We work from approved client references. The product is locked before anything else is built around it.

05 · Character Behaviour

Face lock is the obvious layer. Behaviour is the one underneath. Our briefs include character direction, not just appearance references.

06 · Typography & Copy Register

Text treatment that drifts between a paid ad and an organic post makes a brand look uncoordinated even when the visuals hold. We own the text layer in everything we produce. Copy register is the client's — we flag it at brief intake so nothing slips through the gap.

✦ (04) (The Talent Collective) © 2026

Your talent or ours. Always available.

Existing Talent

We build a digital twin of your existing ambassador. Same face, same energy, always available. No scheduling, no reshoots.

Our Roster

Ten characters built for specific brand categories. Available exclusively for your campaign. No stock faces. No licensing grey areas.

Bespoke Character

Built around your brand. Your brief, your visual DNA, full ownership. No shared roster. No overlap with another brand's campaign.

What makes Diffract different from other AI studios? +

Every asset goes through a human creative process before it ships. The tools are available to everyone. Our production discipline isn't.

Can you work with our existing brand ambassador? +

Yes. We build digital twins of your existing talent. Same face, same energy, always available. A talent contract with none of the constraints of one.

How fast is turnaround? +

Brief us on Monday. Approved assets by Friday. Locked references and tested prompts, not trial and error.

Do we own the output? +

Yes. Final assets are proprietary, cleared for commercial use across paid and organic channels, and production-ready. You own what we make. No ambiguity.

What categories do you cover? +

Beauty. Fashion. Consumer tech. Food and drink. Home and living. Travel. Each has its own visual grammar in our production process.

Do you do product-only shots without talent? +

Yes. Hero shots, lifestyle renders, detail close-ups — campaign-ready without a studio or photographer. You send approved product references. We direct everything else.

What if we need a custom character? +

We design bespoke digital characters around your brand. Your brief, your category, your visual DNA. Full ownership. No shared roster.

What does it cost? +

Every project is scoped individually based on asset volume, campaign duration, and complexity. We'll send a clear proposal after your brief. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

What about legal and consent for digital twins? +

Our in-house roster is fully owned and cleared. For digital twins of your existing talent, we handle consent frameworks, usage rights, and platform compliance as part of the brief process. Your legal team gets documentation before production starts.

What does the brief process look like? +

You send references, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. We lock the brief within 24 hours, confirm the creative direction, and begin production. You review one round of concepts before final delivery. The whole cycle runs in five working days.
